I have a lot of feels on this episode. Crowley gets an A+ for badassery. Dean... throw the damn knife! -- I did yell this at the screen... I mean he sits there giving Crowley the glares as he's doing his 'so long and thanx for the tablet' speech... but I would have tried you know? And Cas! I don't even know where to start... I just can not even process yet... I will have to wait until I see more episodes. And Dean and Benny's (and all I think is Benny & the Jets when they say his name) dynamic is weird to me, and I wonder if it might be because Dean was once a vampire for a short time, or maybe like Benny, Dean is a killer... Dean is definitely different this season... as he said of purgatory, more Pure... like everything nice and civilized has been stripped away and what is left is what/who he truly is... And Sam... all I could say of Sam this episode was that I love his hair... that and take Thor's hammer with you! I mean you never know when it might come in handy. Seriously, though, lightening came out of it when you swung it!

There have been pictures of Castiel with the boys again out of Purgatory. It could be flashbacks or hallucinations or something, but J2M have been filming together. Most recently they were filming on a rooftop in Vancouver and Cas was wearing the suit and tie.
