So I'm intentionally making two posts today because the second half of what I say is MAJORLY SPOILERY for GoT so I'm putting it in it's own post.  This post, however, is SPOILER FREE and just about my life.

So today I had a customer named James Novak.

One of the riding instructors at my riding therapy barn is named Claire Novak. I want so much to ask what her father's name is, but I'm afraid of scaring her with creepy. xD

*pets* Don't let it rile you. It's not you they actually have problems with, they're just angry and confused and have no one else to take it out on. Shuffle them off to who ever they need to talk to and forget about them forever. :)

I worked at a call center before too, the callers are sucky but every now and then you'll get a really NICE caller who will make it all worth wild :)
