Okay, see, we are totally stalking each other. Or maybe we're stalking Tim.

It's just as well... Tim stalked *everyone*. He deserves it. ;)

Omg, that was adorable, and adorable, and adorable. Excellent job with Tim's point of view, both in characterization, and describing the drug effects with his rambling thoughts. And same thing with Tam - you really caught her cute nervous rambles. Good descriptions, and just nnngh, this was really good. Sweet, humorous, delved well into the touch-theme pretty well, and man, it's been forever since I've read het :) But Tam's cute and sweet.

Lovely! I love pieces like this, with this gentle, contemplative quality. It's like being carried along by the current of a slow-moving, warm stream.

"He always had work to do. Work, analysis, deception, hiding, hiding, hiding. And even as everyone came back to him--Steph, then Kon, Bart, Bruce--he felt them slip through his fingers. Whether because he couldn't forgive enough, take time enough, or just trust enough, he didn't know. But here in this place where he couldn't run from his own thoughts, he felt the loneliness like a tangible heavy thing. He could feel it as solidly as the touches that cut through it like a knife."

I was particularly struck by this passage. Just beautiful.

*LOTS OF APPLAUSE*

This was stunning, absolutely lovely, you did a great job with Tim's scattered yet still very Tim-like thoughts, and I loved having this soft, warm, happy scene with him and Tam. Tim-Tam Australian cookie, I SHIP IT SO HARD.

I was so sad when Tam chewed him out for not telling her her dad was alive. Like, I understand, and I can't blame her (and neither can Tim), but I hope she gets over it. Tim needs to not be abandoned AGAIN, and Tam's a better influence on him than, say, Lynx.

I remember when I first got a box of Timtams. I ate them up so fast, and then wrote Tim/Tam to top it all off. Delicious! I SHIP IT SO HARD TOOOOO!

The way I figure it is this: Tam's a very pragmatic girl. So even though she still has to deal with Tim's lies and her anger in this scenario, she recognizes that it's low priority compared to just making sure that Tim's going to be okay. The urgency helps her put her anger aside, so she stays. And yes, a much better influence all around.
