Aww. That...pretty much sums up everything I want to say about this. Very sweet, I like the x-over, and, just, aww.

Thank you! I hadn't done Disney fic in so long, it's great to know that other people like diving into that world with me. ^_^

This was really good, and quite surprising! :-) I've never once thought about the Princesses having to set up the trades for their countries and the like, and Philip/Rose would get along great with Aladdin/Jasmine. I hope to see more stories with these pairings friended up.

If you've the time, might I humbly suggest you take a look at my Disney/DreamWorks/X-Men comm, XDisneyDreamers? I'm always on the lookout to invite those with true writing talent and a love for any of the three over, and you've definitely got talent and got Disney Princesses, or at least these two, and their Princes down. Hope you'll consider joining, but if not, that is, of course, okay as well. :-)

I like to pretend that in the Disney worlds, you can bend the rules a bit and make most of the characters contemporaries somehow. It would then make sense for them to interact as the leaders of respective countries must. And I love exploring the thoughts of the Disney princes. We don't see the perspective of the men too much in Disney flicks, and I find it a fun playground. (I have no clue what crossover will be next for me, but this is not likely to be the last.)

I went ahead and joined. ^_^ I'm not sure how much I'll fit in there, since I'm not really a slasher (and that seems to be the fic majority), but it will be interesting to see what challenges come up. Maybe I'll get inspired to write some X-men fanfic again. I haven't tackled that fandom in years.

I'm very glad that you signed up, and don't be too put off by the majority being slash. I can't speak for our Jose/Donald/Panchito fan, but WolvyxSabes does do het (surprised me, too, when she posted a Lion King fic for one of the challenges :-) ). I myself write slash, het, the occasional group (mainly Snow White) or threesome (Stooges/The Wizard of Oz), pretty much whatever grabs my fancy at the time. You must definitely will not be shut out for being a hetter, and if you ever feel that way, let me know and I'll take care of it.

We're just getting started, but if you know some other authors/artists who may be interested in joining, regardless of whatever Disney/DreamWorks/X-Men pairings for which they create), please pass the word. Our material will definitely vary more with the more members we gain.

It's an unexpected but delightful added bonus that you're also an X-Men fan. :-) Who do you follow there? The X-Men have always been a huge ship for me and one for which I do both slash and het.

Duly noted! ^_^

My favorite X-man was always Rogue, quickly followed by Gambit. I also like Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, Storm, Cyclops/Jean Grey, Dazzler, Bishop, Iceman... just a bunch, really (I gotta admit that I tend to gravitate to good guys over villains). My ships would change depending on the series (The comic, XM: Evolution, Age of Apocalypse, etc.)
