-Alright start with your base.
-crop it.
-duplicate your base and set it to doge at 67%
-make a new layer and fill it with this color #5394ff
-set that to soft light
-copy the merged product
-then paste that into your icon and make sure thats the top layer
-set that layer to burn at 36%
Now add whatever you want brushes text that sort of stuff.=)
