Happy Belated Easter/Chocolate Day

Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate it. Happy Chocolate Day to those of you who celebrate that.

This year I decided to promise myself to eat all the chocolate I was given.

Hubby bought a whole box of Marshmellow Easter eggs for my father in law and I to share. he ate his half in one weekend and I still have some of mine left, I like to savour mine heh heh.

I end up eating chocolate slowly, which has the advantage of savouring and keeping me trim. I can only really eat chocolate with tea and even then the ratio of tea to chocolate is highly in the tea's favour. And I can't drink that much tea!

Try this (if you like coffee too) drop a block or two of milk or dark chocolate into your hot coffee and stir till it melts, Its totally yummy!!
