you know, the outkast song "hey ya" is a lot deeper than most people think. it's not just about dancing and polariod pictures. it's the main idea behind the entire album "the love below", which is basically andre 3000 contemplating the importance of love and sex. more often love over sex ( Read more... )

i like your concepts.
what does make love the exception. nothing last forever anymore.
i think that the people who's marriage last are now a days mostly older people who where taught that divorce is wrong. so they stuck it through and made their relationship work.
but what about when those people die out. what good morals will we have to live off of then.
today divorce is so openly excepted, hardly anyone stays together anymore. it used to be that there were only 3 reasons you could get a divorce: abuse, infedelity, and i forget the last one.
but it makes me sad cause there seems to be no hope left that a good relationship will last.
people want too much for themselves and women are finding themselves wanting to be more stable that they used to be.
the economy is going up, people need more money to survive. it's just turning into this big lose lose situation. where everyone's lives are becoming pathetic and empty...
i don't want to be like that :(

I think love does last forever. For example, I love the pink power ranger. I really do. I guess the question for me instead is, are there varying levels of love? Who says that I cant LOVE the pink power ranger, LOVE Greg, Love Dave the fish, or LOVE peanut butter sandwiches. I think I can, I do, and will forever. They are all completely different things....so there are probably different kinds of love.

Chew on that :) <3
