The item world of a weapon of this calibur would be extremely dangerous - certainly not something I'd dare attempt alone.

It's not as complicated as it might sound, geo puzzles notwithstanding. Once you try once, it's quite easy to repeat.

In a nutshell: There are worlds inside items that one can traverse to make them stronger.

... So of all the things you could have "leveled up," you chose the blender. Wasn't there something more practical you could've used?

It was conveniently available and safe! Why is everybody getting hung up on whether or not it's a blender? It doesn't matter!

Because it's unexpected, man. If you can level up any item in the world - nevermind that the idea's weird in the first place - people'd expect you to level up something like a shield.

Something like a shield would be much more dangerous, and with my memories as hazy as they are, I decided to play it safe with a more conventional item.

I was a touch surprised myself. I wouldn't have been surprised if it was only accessible in the netherworld.

I thought you needed a Gatekeeper to enter the Item World. I do not recall seeing one around.
