I hear of draining blood for creating gemstones one day, and teleporting teenagers the next. I doubt these occurrences are as uncommon as you believe.

For my part, such magic is not unheard of, though only the most powerful magicians may utilize it.

Of course, magic in my home is ubiquitous enough for me to recall it while you appear to be unfamiliar with the idea. It may be a different effect.

Probably! Magic exists, but you don't really hear people talking about it. Mainly because most of them don't believe it exists in the first place.
