As I was reading your list I realised that it would be very difficult to come up with a list of my favorite characters since there are just so many.
I have to say though that I prefer Partlow to Snoop. The scene where he takes care of Michael's problem is one of the most vicious I have ever seen on TV and makes him far more memorable to me.
Fair enough. Another reason I went with Snoop over Partlow was to get the list its second female character.
And to give you an idea of how tough it was to limit this to 25, I was forced to leave out not only Partlow, but also Rawls, Colvin, and Prop Joe (I've already taken heat for Rawls and Colvin at another forum).
I just watched the episode where Chris takes care of Michael's problem. Absolutely brutal. You know what makes it worse? Snoop's horrified reaction to it. When even she is afraid of what Partlow does, you know it's unusual behaviour.
