Between this and what blueheronz wrote in her LJ about the awards, I'm all verklempt. Let me tell you, it boosts my spirits after discovering a nasty little troll who seems hell bent on spoiling the awards. I want to contribute something positive to the fandom, as does everytimeyougo and everyone else who's helping. Plus, I thought it was a darn shame when the awards fell by the wayside last year. But it makes it worth it to know people appreciate the effort.

I'm all warm and fuzzy now, and I needed that.

And your stories are awesome and well deserving. *hugs*

Seriously, stupid clichés. You're typing them out and you're like cringing, especially when they're so... hit and miss like this one. But I do believe this "competition" has brought more unity to that fandom than I've seen in months, so YAY!

I'm a really bad LJ-friend... I saw mabe85 mentioning your post and I was like "crap, I must've missed it! I should go look back and find it" and then I probably got distracted by a cat jumping off the wall or something (no, it's not a figure of speech, Lemon likes to jump about four or five feet off the air and spring off walls).

Off to your journal now! Hope I don't get sidetracked by cats. Or nuclear weapons.
