Is half over and honestly can the year be going so quickly? sigh.
Dad is finally out of hospital but very frail. I'm also a tad unwell and needing a lower ab ultrasound. Lots of occasional pain from my midrift down to the adult playground. Not that there has been any playing going on.

August off and running
After a winter heatwave in Sydney last week we now expect a week of rain. Had to get glammed up for a special day/night event on the weekend. Some mates and I bunked in a hotel in the city for the evening to make it all a bit easier (public transport in a tuxedo and alco-coma at 3am is a bit too much to deal with)

Seemed to go slow and fly by at the same time.
To the chiropractor twice. Also got a new velcro corset to support my lower back when I'm working. Hmmm depends on the definition of work....

6 hours in the car today
From home to the Gong. Nice morning for a drive. All ok - light freeway driving. Fantabulosa.
The computers there crashed so I couldn't do much after delivering my workshop. Left early and took a scenic route to Mt Keira lookout.
