Hon, I'm all right. I sent you an email after your text (I have no credit) but I guess you didn't get it.

I just haven't really been in a good, uh, headspace? for interacting in general really on the LJ and I'm sorry I disappeared. I just... yeah. Am in a little funk.

I want to give you a big big big hug right now though.

Please do ask for help. Thinking about it or not thinking about it but it being there and keeping it in is not going to help you one iota and I think you do need to get it out.

Email me if you need to talk okay? And I'll make sure I'm there. I may not be sure what to say, but I'll *hug* and I'll listen, okay?

(I'd suggest calling me but that'd probably cost a lot of money and I'll be even more in a state of *flailflailflail* and wanting to hug you to little pieces and not being able to. And there'll be lots of squeaky little mouse noises that'll make you want to set a trap.)
