she sat at the computer, thinking all the while, took a deep breath and blew out the air, rubbing her face with her hand. she glanced round the room, trying to figure what to do. finally, she opened the printer, pulled out a piece of paper, found a pen, and flattened the paper on the desk. she wrote,

hey. how are you? i see you around and sometimes we talk, but not as much as we used to and i think this is mostly on me. i do miss how much you used to write. i miss you. how are you?

and then she realised she didn't remember the right address.
