i have to say it is only worry

energy goes where you send it and you KNOW this

you must focus elsewhere and not allow opportunity issues into your system

and one set of xrays is NOTHING, honestly NOTHING

now if you were like my sister the hypochondriac whore, who sees a show on prostate disease and is sure she has it (even being a chick) then sees a show on chronic fatigue and is sure she has that, and then hears how a lot of folks have the flu and has that

and you were going to the doc a lot, having a lot of xrays etc THEN that would be a different tale

((hugs))

Thanks for reminding me!!

Yes, I do think a lot of it is hypohondria, with all people in general (me included sometimes) - &/or genuine unhealthy life habits & distress/inability to deal with it...

I do think good food can only help!! & thought of antioxidants & possibly protein maybe helping too (don't they repair stuff too?)

Thanks!! andreya January 28 2008, 11:54:15 UTC
That would be greatly appreciated!!

I did research a bit more yesterday (with little actual result, can't believe no one's asked about it more online, or maybe I searched the wrong way...?) & thought 'antioxidants' - like E vitamin (as they repair damaged stuff - DNA too?) & now thought of protein (is that what cells are made of too?) But I truly do not have much knowledge in this all.../sigh/
I wish I had paid a bit more attention at Bio classes in high school... But where is that already? ;)
