That looks GORGEOUS. I grew up reading/obsessing over books just like this one (mostly of the Disney persuasion) and I was always curious about who the authors were. NOW I KNOW. Congratulations!!

I know what you mean. I still feel like I'm getting away with something. I get a book with my name on it, I get to write about Bugs Bunny and co., and I'm getting paid to do it? I've been cashing my checks as fast as they show up, since the whole thing seems like it's too good to be true.

The design team did a great job. The fact that they let me have any input at all was really nice of them, but they had it well in hand from day one.
