Wow. Having read both your and Erin's entries, I feel like even more of an alien than usual. I have never understood the 'fan' thing at all. Not even as a kid or a teenager. .

Reminds me that I want to find and watch Firefly from the start - have only caught a few random episodes, but they were pretty good.

Erin's a _much_ bigger fan than I am. And I'm more of a fan of Joss than the actors - although some of them are pretty cute.

Firefly is well worth picking up on DVD.
