That's really bad, and much worse than I thought from the link text. I thought you meant "let delivery companies fraudulently pretend to be restaurants" as in "allow food outlets who only do takeaway to misclassify themselves as restaurants by exploiting some terminological loophole", a bit like the Jaffa Cakes cake/biscuit controversy. But you mean "let random companies impersonate specific restaurants, and deliver food claiming to be from that restaurant but not".

Looks like the thread is US-based, but I wonder if anything similar is happening over here with companies like Just Eat and Deliveroo.
