I've yet to read the High Court's judgment but on first blush of the news, I think it disgraceful that this government or any government should seek to make a 'profit' out of a citizenship (or similar) application. I hope the government does not appeal Mr Justice Jay's decision and that those applicants who've already paid the feel will be reimbursed the over payment. Ju.
