Natwest - yes, I've been underwhelmed by various aspects of working with them. I can't have online access for my credit card, because I don't have a current debit card with them. It is also my card Most Likely To Be Suspended for any attempted transaction.

I've always ignored suggested numbers when fraud issues come up and just go via the number on the back of the card. But not everyone would think to do that, I realize.
