Wait... warship running Win XP story is... satire, no?

Although, si it possible they've done that because WIndows 10 has so many backdoors in it for American intelligence agencies, that they've stuck to XP because they're reasonable confident it is more secure?

I suspect it's just as it says in the article - that it was specced out ten years ago, and they're going to finish it before they upgrade any of the systems.
