I'm not an ENTJ but that sounds like everything that bothers me about modern bureaucracies. Today, I scored INTP. (that's newish) I have done that job. It's not so bad.
{Here I think Myers Brges is BS. II'm not an INTP. 'm often a highly critical, emotional, and judy person. I'm not particularly logical. I know how to use logic. I think it's important. But, I'm not actually logical per sey. }
I've never thought I fit on the Meyer-Briggs chart, and the linked-to What each type does at a party proves it, because there's no entry for "Nibbles on snacks for five minutes, hovers in a corner for another five minutes, and then goes home."
Requiring photo ID to vote strikes me as problematic for a lot of people. If you don't have a passport or a driving licence, it will mean hassle as people will need to obtain some sort of other ID card.
Myers-Briggs doesn't recognise the distinction between tendencies and actual/learned behaviour.
Most countries in the world have some sort of national identification, used to access government services and fulfil legal obligations (like voting in the countries where voting is compulsory, for instance). It's not a big deal.
