Interestingly, I don't care about spoilers myself, but that's just me. (If anything though I do appreciate trigger warnings.)

People with low cognitive needs don't care about spoilers (and they don't bother people with low need for affect)I'm rather unimpressed, since I think that spoilers for classic literature are rather different than for genre fiction or (especially) genre TV & films. With authors I don't know I often flip to the end to see if the book that looks good so far has either an upsetting ending, or (more commonly) one that is impressively stupid, hackneyed, and devoid of interest ( ... )
