I found it interesting facebook are apparently blocking links to he EU law analysis/privacy article. I wonder if it will stay up when you post these links to your FB account?

And wolves will only ever be reintroduced if they're in fully fenced in wildlife sanctuaries. Highland farmers are absolutely united in their opposition. No way to protect their sheep up on the hills if the wolves return.

Good point there - I just checked, and that link didn't go through!

Interesting...

I wonder if FB routinely blocks the sharing of all articles relating to internet privacy then?

I agree about the wolves. The reason isn't a threat to humans. There is apparently no documented case of wolves ever killing an able-bodied human in the UK. It is because their natural food is rabbits, hares and deer, all of which are fast and difficult to catch. Humans have now flooded the highlands with these large, slow-moving mammals, which wouldn't take much catching.

I started anew in Dark Souls 1, but when there was a deal for Dark Souls 2 on Steam, I jumped on that one. Everybody says it's such a bad game compared to DS1, but I like it better. Bonfire warping? Despawning after slaughtering the mobs 15 times? Works really fine for me!

I'm really looking forward to DS2. Once I have a PC fast-enough to run it.

It's not that intensive, is it? It runs really smoothly on high settings on my little AMD A10. Granted, I have ultra-fast memory, but it's not a gaming powerhouse in the traditional sense of the word...

Sadly, my AMD is five years old, and was mid-range in the first place. I've checked the specs, and neither the processor nor the GPU are up to it.

I really think "The Emperor Norton Bay Bridge" is the most appropriate name possible. That's what a lot of people are calling it, anyway

Oh dear me, yes. The commercialisation and the utter nonsense that gets pedalled as 'breast cancer awareness' drives me batty. Raise money for research, promote self-examination guides and screening but don't tell me some stupid meme on Facebook achieves anything.

Aunt who sued nephew was forced to do so by her health insurance company

I suspected that would be the case from the beginning. That's usually the case in stories like this.
