One note - the number of immigrants living in the UK has doubled since 1970 - but it's still only about 12%. There are no cities that are made of immigrants - even London, which is one of the highest hotspots is only 37% immigrant.
I am talking about some suburbs cities of France and you are all the countries of EU. I've heard only that the situation in England is not far from could be called unbearable... but you know better ofcourse.
France is 8.8% immigrant, even lower than the UK. I'm sure that there are some suburbs where they've been packed in too tightly, but overall the numbers are reasonably low.
Neither of them is unbearable, by any means. In fact the UK is largely dependant on immigrants to do a lot of the work, as we don't have enough children of our own...
Besides which, part of the point of the EU was to get rid of the idea of borders between the nations, and allow people to live where they liked.

the Chinese have destroyed almost all their ecology and will never stop destroying the ecology of others territories...
