I am fairly certain those Kate Upton Game Of War ads came about because some senior advertising executives at the company just wanted to spend a week hanging out with Kate Upton.

2 oranges
2 gym socks
2 T-shirts

Put each orange into a sock.
Sew a sock to each shoulder of one of the T-shirts, with the orange hanging at the desired level.
Wear second T-shirt over the first, and if you shimmy, you can even jiggle.

This was a casually tossed off improv for a cheesy costume party which works astonishingly well.
