2) No, Myers-Briggs isn't perfect - it definitely has issues and is oversold. However, it does have some predictive power (and correlates reasonably well with four of the scales on the Big Five), and it's really useful for starting conversations. I wish the Big Five would catch on better, but sadly it seems less catchy than MB.
3) I wonder how much pressure HBO is being put under to track down users. It's certainly not in HBO's interests to give a damn - so presumably the cable companies are the ones who are driving it.

That said it's probably not the cable providers giving them pressure. It's local governments. In France for example the country makes a fortune charging content providers for the right to distribute in France. So if HBO hasn't paid them for the right to distribute Season Five of GOT until later this year they could charge HBO with violating French law and ban them from distributing anything ever.
(This is why I have to get people to mail me Joan Jett and Rob Zombie albums - neither artist can afford the french copyright fees, so they can't sell their albums here and Amazon can't even send them here.)

One person in my household can watch internet tv at a time at the moment. If two people want to watch something on different devices, forget about it.
That is completely mad that HBO are chasing actual paying customers away though. I... cannot see the logic in that at all. Must be a ton of pressure on them from Murdoch.

Which still leaves a lot of people who can't, and it's probably more like 50-60% of places in the UK (with the higher density cities getting it first). But they're still pushing for 95% coverage by 2017, so we'll see if that reaches you!

But apparently it doesn't work that way, and the fibre-optic line will just be for people who subsribe to BT Infinity.
And honestly I think Infinity is just too expensive still. But, I'm sure the price of it will come down over the next few years.
