1.I wonder what weird porn sites Barbie was surfing to get that virus on her computer.

2. That story could have been saved if it had described Barbie as a graphic designer instead of a computer engineer. I've worked with plenty of graphic designers who have had all the problems Barbie had and did have to go to tech dudes to fix them. That did not make them bad graphic designers.

A story about Barbie working with both boys and girls to produce a computer project of some kind could have been pretty awesome, I agree :-)

Well, yes. there should have been a girl who knew something about virus protection. I was just astounded that the entire premise implies that Matell doesn't know what a computer engineer is, since what they are describing is a graphic designer.

I don't understand why the person is angry that Barbie wears the flash drive as a necklace. I see tween girls wearing flash drives as necklaces or bracelets all the time.

My flash drive is on a lanyard because, uh, otherwise I'd loose it? A prettier necklace chain for it would be cute, if I needed to carry it around a lot I'd totally get one.

That one's fairly easily solved.

1) Set a $100 reward for anyone providing evidence that a company paid them to libel a business. (With fines for providing false evidence, obviously)
2) Collect evidence.
3) Send the people who run the corrupt company to jail.

It's actually one dude who runs the corrupt company. (He's a total asswipe, I hate it when companies I work for make me talk to him ( ... )

Labour have lost the plot. I'm convinced now they're deliberately trying to make themselves unelectable.

They are trying to do the exact opposite. By moving even further to the right than the Tories they are horrifying the likes of you and I, but sadly, it seems that a good proportion of the electorate want parties with policies further and further to the right. The debate at the next election is likely to revolve around increasing movement to the right on welfare, austerity and immigration.

I think Labour have gambled that traditional labour voters will stick with them anyway though?

And the Scottish example shows that this isn't the case, if there is a viable alternative, people will vote for it now en masse.

Which I suppose makes me think of the error the LIb Dems made in saddling themselves to the Tories. Had they stayed out of government, and positioned themselves as a party of the Left, they could be eating into Labour big time.

But then the Lib Dems were never gonna position to the left, not with this godawful neo-liberal neo-fuedal economic theory they've embraced.

You'd think that if they could do one that's lit they could do one that self-warms!

(Or not keep them in the freezer)
