I read the headline "Cyclists’ joy at St James Quarter route plans"... and assumed it was being sarcastic! Ha!

It's a not-unreasonable starting assumption when talking about cyclist happiness :->

I'm not entirely convinced this is a real effect, and even if it is, it's not such a big deal. :)
