Since Noah is only 10 generations descended from Adam & Eve (this is stated in the film), presumably humans haven't had enough time to evolve into different races. On the other hand many people pre-Noah seem to live for 900 years or more, so that may need to be factored in, as may the fact that it's fictional.

ETA actually a quick google tells me that this was in fact covered in thebible. Humans were split into different races after the Tower of Babel at which time they also spread out to live in different parts of the planet.

Isn't the 900 years thing a mistranslation from a lunar calendar? So divide e.g. Methuselah's age by 12 and you get something far more reasonable.
