My heart goes out to these unfortunate people hit hard by a harsh new budget.

My heard bleeds.

Although according to the BBC's calculator widgit I stand to be about 200 pounds better off because of the income tax changes; which is really rather a lot more than any of the numbers that article quotes. So now I am mostly confused.
