You know with all the static and white noise around which sites are blocked, it will be very easy for them to add activist sites like openrights.org and suchlike to the block lists, and just hope that nobody notices.
I wonder how malleable the data-compression algorithm is. People can learn to notice more, fewer, or different details.
I also wonder how the visual compression algorithm affects people's ability to notice things like a different person being swapped in after a brief interruption.

Hmm. Time to start writing to my MP again I guess. It's unnacceptable that people don't have access to a lot of these sites that have been blocked.
