I managed to get a reprint of the Codex Seraphinianus. I don't think it's especially rare, just hideously expensive.

But worth it.

Really you should never share any photo at all on facebook that reads "please share this if."

Not only do you have the nightmare scenario that this article points out, you have the most common scenario that you are helping to fund really shady criminals. Nearly all of those "share if you like Dr. Who/Jesus/Pennywise The Clown stuff is tied to criminal behavior.

Babysitting

Dunno how it works in the royal household, but with us, the default is that we both stay in, so if I have a night out, Alex "babysits", and if Alex has a night out, I "babysit". It's symmetrical and doesn't imply anything about expectations of fatherhood.

Ahh, a new edition; I'd wondered where all the recent interest in the Codex Seraphinianus came from. For the last couple weeks a six-year-old entry here on LJ has been attracting tons of new comments and floating up to the top of the most-popular list.
