Is anyone else having problems getting CivClicker to work?

I got it to work and have a town with about 100 people in it that is very capable of feeding itself and generating metal.

What I can't get it to do is gather more than three herbs.

I'm assuming that

a) I am stupidly not able to see the button that says GO

b) something about my PC set up / internet access won't let me work the game.

c) both a) and b).

I got loads by clicking on "Gather Food" and "Cut Wood" till they were at maximum, then automated it by creating woodcutters and clicking on "harvesting".

I love that civ game but can't for the life of me figure out how to gather more than 3 herbs - something you need to do to unlock many things.

No idea.

I'm stuck needing some more ore.

What did you do to get more ore.

I'm stuck at 8. I notice it used to go up as I upgraded stuff and got more people but recently frozen at 8.

You need to get up to 10 ore and before you do anything else with ore activate "prospecting" if you do anything else with ore before that you'll never see ore again.

I tried moving back up the url to see if there were any instructions on

http://dhmholley.co.uk/

There are a number of live action role play games which look very interesting and detailed. I’m quite in awe and hankering after some LRP or RPG action .

I love games like Civ Clicker, they're very satisfying. Reminds me of Candy Box and A Dark Room.

I think I've run out of upgrades in CivClicker. Population 7753, devotion 140, cats 8.

Think I've got to the "end". Metropolis, 75k residents, 200 devotion, 31 cats. I was listening to a book while doing this so not 100% wasted time..... right?

I have a Metropolis of 20k residents, 300 devotion and 13 cats and nothing seems to have changed for a while.
