Indeed. Also faintly baffling that "young privileged people apparently less interested in marriage" is presented as a big problem for the women, not the men. Because obviously men don't want to get married. Except in the stats, on average it's men who benefit from marriage (increased earnings, increased happiness) more than women.
I'm also entirely unconvinced that sexual assault is more prevalent on elite campuses than it was.
Pretty depressing article. The young people in it a bit less so.
Oh Amanda Palmer. I want to love her and then she does things that are full of fail and addresses people's concerns about them really badly. And then I want to hate her and she trolls the Daily Mail by getting naked and singing about them. SO CONFUSED.
Maybe I'm lucky there because I was never a fan, so I never had that level of attachment and so I never really saw why there was such a big fuss in either a positive or negative direction.
