That Iron Maiden thing is why you can't fight the metal.

It reminds me of the one and only interview of Lars Ulrich I've ever read where he didn't come off as a pretentious asscanoodle.

He was asked if in an age of hipsters and their indy musical tastes if bands like Metallica and Maiden and Slayer still had a place in the music scene.

His response: "Ask the guy who fixes your car if he thinks Master Of Puppets kicks ass."
