I've never been to reddit until today. It looks like craigslist.

The thing with Reddit is that it's not one community - it's thousands of them. Some of them are full of assholes or criminals. However, many of them are very lovely places indeed - I hang out on the Skyrim, Sous-Vide, Coffee, and WoW Reddits, and they're generally all very pleasant places.
