I got a text a few days ago which really shocked me. My Dad is getting re-married, and doing so on the 11th of October, which, as you know, is just around the corner. I'm glad that he's happy and everything, but suddenly I feel so far away. Where as my brothers and friends can go to the pub and buy him a drink, I cannot. Now, don't get me wrong. I

Well just give your dad a card with some money (money to give him a few shots of whatever drink he likes! \o/). As for Christmas, it sucked for me cause I had to work and I spent it by myself. :( But at least I got double-time and a half for it.
