My Taste in Music

well this morning I got a job offer... which is like a huge sigh of relief... it's a fairly large cut in pay... but it's back to work.

I have a serious question! is it okay to cross someone off of your attractive list just because you don't like their taste in music?Hmm... I talked to Collette about this last night on the phone. I'm glad Justin

I don't think it's THE reflection of a person either.

if I liked everything else about a guy, but not his music collection, then I'd keep him.

if I was looking at an online profile trying to decide if I want to contact this person, then it weighs a little more heavily. it's still not at all the number one criteria, but it moves up on the list because it's something really tangible. sure he says he's a nice guy, but is he really? or is he just saying that? a list of favourite songs is easier to put in to context.

I think it's funny that nobody asked me how I really felt about it. I only actually hinted I think.

besides, Andre, I knew you liked Limp Bizkit before we went for beer :) I think your music taste is odd, but we can still be friends :)

(I am only in to some punk, but I'd totally go to a punk show one night and the symphony the next!)
