IDK whether you like "Cabin Pressure", but if so then have a look at Branwyn's stories, especially the "Unconventional Dynamics" series.

S0mmerspr0ssen's Johnlock story you surely have read. Hm, other than that I can't think of whole AUs like that at the moment, especially not in other fandoms.
