How many of you have seen that look of disinterest that clouds a persons face when you tell them what you do for a living? Ok, so I'm assuming that everybody has their hands up. I am familiar with this expression. The other question that seems to crop up frequently with authors is "When are you going to get a REAL job?"

*sigh*

I'm glad you helped those two women, though. Anything to get more people writing (though I suppose the more people we get writing, the more competition there is. Hmmm...will have to rethink...)
