While I agree that this guy is a self serving loon (he won't see it as a bad thing that this angers people, thats what he wants, and he won't see it as his fault that people may die or even tangentially his resposibility), I do tend to think that a good way of dealing with an irrelevent nut job making what is actually quite a small bonfire of books is to starve him of the oxygen of publicity. So a bloke who believes some stuff doesn't respect some other people who believe in other stuff; news? Not really. If the media ignored him completely he could do no harm at all.
