I was going to wait until a few more sites had the new e-collection up  -- it's been four days and so far only Amazon has posted -- but given the pressure on retail during the season, that might take a bit too long so...

They've all been available on paper -- first in the original anthologies and then in paper collections. At this point, I think enough trees have died for me... :)
