Cool! It's great to have your beloved joining us here. She is a most welcome addition to LJ, and I'm sure she'll get the hang of it, even if you stop standing over her.

Oh, is it time to talk about cake recipes again? I am ready to dust off the bunt cake pan and make another tasty treat, probably for Mother's Day. I love it when you talk about desserts! lol

I'm thinking about something lemony this year.The yellow should look lovely with a small bouquet of white and purple flowers tucked into a small vase in the center of the cake.
I may have to make a practice cake, don't you think?

I make a lemon/blue berry version -- flavor with the juice of half a lemon and reserve the other half to make a lemon/sugar glaze.

And a practise cake sounds like a good idea. :)
