So, Google alerts brought up a British urban fantasy author named Suzanne McLeod who's giving away region 2 DVDs (those are the UK ones and they don't play on this side of the poned) of Blood Ties in a contest she's running on her web page this week.

Hi, Tanya, thanks for mentioning my contest for "Blood Ties" dvds and your books. The distributor's publicist was obviously impressed by my scholarly -- and some may say pedantic and dry -- work on vampire hawtness and offered the prizes.
