Summary: Advice from a sunbae doesn't actually have to be useful. Right?
A/N: Because
hakkais_shadow suggested him.
Prompt table The idea had seemed so simple, really; get her friend some other friends who would be there when she couldn't. She'd spoken to the trees in the park Victoria had shown her, and they'd willingly agreed. The poor tree in the back of SM had loved the idea. Now… she just had to show him where everything was, show them how to get to him….
Not so simple.
"You look like that hurts."
She blinked up at the man standing over her, silhouetted by the sun. "What?"
He moved out of the way, to the side, and crouched down. "You look like you're over thinking it, whatever it is."
Now she could see who he was, and flushed because she actually knew him. "Well, sunbae-nim," she stammered, "I guess I could be." But how to describe, in terms a dryad could understand, how to get to the park….
Suho (Junmyeon?) sat against the tree as well, his shoulder brushing hers. "What are you thinking so hard about?"
"Directions," she said.
His brow furrowed. "Directions?"
"From one place to another. Without getting… lost." It took her a minute to remember that word.
Suho nodded (she'd stick with that designation until he said otherwise). "Simple is best," he said.
The door to the building opened, and the young man she'd last seen with his massive hand around her arm after knocking her over with the door looked out. "Hyung, we have to… um. Sorry. Sorry," he said, bowed quickly with a smirk he couldn't possibly hide, and backed out again, closing the door behind him.
Suho sighed. "I will cheerfully kill ChanYeol as soon as the fans decide they hate him," he said, and got to his feet. "Good luck," he added, and she scrambled to her feet and bowed as well, watching him walk in, unhurried.
Simple? Well… why not. She could at least try. "Okay. I'll do my best," she said to the patiently waiting dryad.
