A few days after her date with Zhane (she's still thrilled about it, secretly), Wendla can be found in the common room, reading once again. It's a book of human biology, something she's been interested in for some time now, and she's reading it with rapt attention.

Andros and Zhane are free to come by anytime and disturb her--politely, that is.

Zhane was on his way to the kitchen for a snack, with Andros, otherwise known as His Best Friend Forever.

When he spots Wendla, though, he'll blush brightly, and mutter to Andros -- "-- hold on."

Hold on for Andros! ^^

Andros pauses, looking at Zhane in confusion. The blusing is unexpected and he doesn't know what Wendla looks like yet so if he notices her he doesn't recognize her. "What is it?"

[andadoring]

Wendla looks up at the noises. When she sees Zhane--and she guesses that must be a friend of his, near him--she smiles, blushing.

"Hello," she says gently, shyly.

Zhane wanders over, smiling at Wendla. -- "It's lucky, I actually really wanted you guys to meet. -- Wendla, this is my best friend, Andros. Andros -- this is Wendla."

Cue his ears turning red.
