Charles and Eik need to work out all that tension between them. Whatever they have/don't have going on is so obvious even Alex is giving Charles relationship advice. This is such a good read, can't wait to see what you have planned for them next.

This is really lovely. That last scene especially, after the harsh energy Erik has had throughout the fic so far, is such a lovely juxtaposition of quiet and sadness that made the two of them feel very close, somehow. I'm really loving this, looking forward to the next part too.
