This is insufferably adorable. Dear god how I loveloveLOVE snarky, grumpy, snide, resentful, impatient, bordering-on-misanthropic love, like it goes so far in the un-fluffy direction it comes right back around from the other side and is ADORABLE. Also, of course he catalogues hypothetical violence. It is Arthur and why we love him. These two, this fic, I cannot bear it.
Also, orange checkered socks? Eames, you are terrible. You should be punished by Arthur.

I absolutely love the dialogue. Everyone's reaction to Arthur spilling about his love to them feels so pitch perfect. And Eames being so unabashed at the end haha.
