West Wing fic because sure, why not?

So, jibrailis is watching The West Wing as everyone should (my torrid love affair with that show is, well, torrid), and it reminded me that I wrote some TWW fic a few years ago that I actually sort of liked. And now I am reposting it here! A thrilling and unexpected turn of events.

Why are you always so fantastic? These are amazing vignettes where I can hear the characters' voices off the page, the cadences of their speech. And also, there is no such thing as a sickening love of the Oxford comma. *___*
